Shipping Policy
We would rather set the expectation here than surprise you after you have paid.
Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum and no shipping charge added at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days from the date your order ships.
Our products ship from our fulfillment partner's facility overseas, which is why delivery takes longer than a domestic warehouse. We are not going to promise you two-day shipping and then miss it. If that timeline does not work for you, please do not place the order.
Total time from order to doorstep is typically 11–23 business days including processing.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 3–5 business days to show its first scan. A tracking number that has not updated yet does not mean your package is lost.
Customs and duties
All applicable customs clearance fees are paid by us. You will not be asked to pay anything on delivery.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to sender because of an incorrect address will be refunded minus the shipping cost we incurred.
Delays outside our control
Customs inspections, carrier backlogs, severe weather, and peak season volume can extend delivery beyond the estimate above. If your order passes 35 days from shipment, contact us at aaronfv99@gmail.com and we will replace or refund it.
