Refund & Return Policy
We want you to be comfortable with what you bought. Here are the actual terms — no asterisks.
30-day returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unopened, with the safety seal intact, and in its original packaging.
Opened bottles cannot be returned. This is a consumable supplement, and once a seal is broken we cannot resell or restock it. We would rather say that plainly than advertise a guarantee we do not honor.
How to start a return
Email us at aaronfv99@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with return instructions and an address. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be processed.
Return shipping and refunds
Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping charges, where applicable, are not refunded.
Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund. That part is outside our control.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the item and the packaging. We will replace it or refund it in full at no cost to you, including shipping.
Lost or undelivered orders
If tracking shows no movement for 15 consecutive days, or your order has not arrived within 35 days of shipping, contact us and we will replace or refund it.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Because our fulfillment partner processes orders within 1–3 business days, please contact us as soon as possible.
Not eligible for return
Opened or unsealed products, items returned more than 30 days after delivery, and items returned without prior contact.
